As I send this, all of central and eastern Ukraine are under air-raid alarm. We have reports of Russian missiles currently in the air en route from the Caspian Sea. Meanwhile here are our latest reports:

The Russians sent two missiles to a building that includes a restaurant popular with foreign journalists and expats. Meanwhile, on Constitution Day, we recall Ukraine's revolutionary Cossack constitution of 1711. And a Ukrainian warrior from his hospital bed shares these words: Hold on.

My friend Ashot was a bartender before the full-scale invasion. But now for more than a year he and Nastia, a singer turned medic, have worked with the military to drive to hotspots and grey zones to rescue and treat wounded warriors.. Now, they quickly need a specialised medical bed that can fit their vehicle. I've had several friends killed or wounded the past few weeks. Let's support the medics who keep Ukrainian warriors alive.
