19 April Situation Summary: MEDVEDCHUK’S ADDRESS TO HIS FRIEND PUTIN, MORNING SHELLING OF LVIV

UKRAINE: Detained by the Security Service of Ukraine, former pro-Moscow member of Ukraine’s Rada (parliament) Viktor Medvedchuk, addressed the his kum (the godfather of his kid), Russian dictator Volodymyr Putin, with a proposal to exchange him for defenders and residents of Mariupol.
WORLD: The Office of the President of Ukraine has completely filled out the questionnaire required to decide on the country’s accession to the European Union.
Western countries, including Germany, have stopped supplying components for military equipment and modern weapons to Russia, which they had continued to do even after Russia’s 24 February invasion of Ukraine. Due to the lack of necessary parts that are not produced in Russia, after the imposition of sanctions in Russia, the production of military products is now reportedly stopped.
An example that inspires and demonstrates the amazing support of Ukraine throughout the civilized world
A resident of Sweden sold his sailing yacht and made the first installment to buy ambulances for the city of Trostyanets in the Sumy region, which has been under occupation for 31 days.
The man personally came behind the wheel of one of the carriages. It is noted that in Sweden, many ordinary doctors contributed their own money to buy these cars.
It is known that next time the citizens of Sweden plan to bring ten more ambulances to Ukraine.
Lviv region
Russian invaders fired targeted missiles at Lviv this morning. Three munitions were fired at military infrastructure and another at a tire plant. Six people were killed and 11 were injured (including a child).
«This is the deliberate extermination of Ukrainians. They do this on target, attacking civilian targets. Russia must be in total isolation, because it is committing an act of genocide, «– said, Andriy Sadovyi, the mayor of Lviv.
Donetsk region
In the Donetsk region, the enemy fired missiles at Kramatorsk at night. There is destruction of infrastructure, information about the victims is being clarified.
In addition, Russian invaders shelled Vuhledar, Avdiyivka, Marinka, and Toretsk with artillery and Hail multiple rocket launchers. There is destruction and wounded among civilians (the number of wounded and the severity of injuries is being clarified).
