KHARKIV—For the fourth night in a row, Russia has attacked the Odesa region, hitting civilians, food supply, and august architecture. Meanwhile, while they wait and wait for bigger equipment like fighter jets, Ukrainian soldiers need drones to keep pushing against the invaders.
