As I send this, all of central and eastern Ukraine are under air-raid alarm. We have reports of Russian missiles currently in the air en route from the Caspian Sea. Meanwhile here are our latest reports:

"It was a nice guilty pleasure to laugh at it, but we've got to stay focused," a soldier friend told me. But here is why chaos in Russian, even if some kind of false flag, is a sign of Moscow's increasing weakness.
